Le Fonds Capital Culture Québec investit 5 millions de dollars dans Behaviour Intéractif de Montréal

Montréal, le 10 novembre 2014 – Le Fonds Capital Culture Québec (FCCQ) annonce aujourd’hui un investissement de 5 millions de dollars dans Behaviour Intéractif pour la production du jeu interactif pour PC Warhammer 40,000 : Eternal Crusade. Ce jeu interactif pour PC de catégorie AAA se déroule dans un monde où des centaines de joueurs du monde entier pourront s’affronter en ligne en temps réel. Cet investissement s’inscrit dans le mandat du FCCQ de développer la capacité du Québec à développer les marchés internationaux pour le talent culturel qu’on retrouve dans les secteurs couverts par son mandat. « FCCQ est fier d’appuyer le plus important studio indépendant de conception de jeux vidéo au Québec» a déclaré Maurice Prud’homme, Directeur-général de FCCQ. Le développement et la commercialisation du jeu occuperont une cinquantaine de personnes durant deux ans et une dizaine par la suite.
