Behaviour Interactive™ announces Dead by Daylight™ Mobile has surpassed 1 million downloads only 48 hours after launch
Newest Launch from Canada’s Leading Independent Game Developer Off to Strong Start
Montréal, Canada – April 28, 2020 – Behaviour Interactive, the largest independent video game development studio in Canada, announces that more than one million players have downloaded the mobile version of its hit horror video game Dead by Daylight. In less than 48 hours, players from all over the world have visited the App Store and Google Play to get their hands on the latest installment of the asymmetrical 4v1 video game, which boasts more than 20 million players globally across all platforms.
This benchmark represents the second major achievement of the Montreal-based studio in less than a month. The 600-employee studio also launched Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall on mobile, which exceeded one million downloads since its release on iOS on March 26 and Android on April 3.
Founded in 1992, the studio is a pioneer of the Montreal video game scene, largely recognised as the international hub for video game and artificial intelligence know-how. Behaviour Interactive is the largest independent studio in Canada and one of the largest in the world.
