Behaviour named Top Montreal Employer and Best Workplace for Hybrid Work

Behaviour Interactive is pleased to announce its redesignation today as a Top Montreal Employer and its recognition as a 2022 Best Workplace for Hybrid Work by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

This is the third consecutive year that Behaviour has received the Top Montreal Employer designation, which is awarded annually through a competition run by MediaCorp Inc. The competition recognizes businesses in Greater Montreal that provide an exceptional work environment. Winners are selected based on criteria such as work atmosphere, benefits, vacation and time off, performance management and community involvement.

The Best Workplace for Hybrid Work is a new designation granted through the Great Place to Work program, a global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. Best Workplace for Hybrid Work winners were determined based on employee responses to the program’s Hybrid Work Readiness Index, as well as their workplace programs and practices that support and enable hybrid work. Behaviour offers all team members the flexibility to work full-time at home, full-time at the office or a hybrid mix of the two.

The permanent remote work program is found alongside a broad offering of other perks and benefits that reflect Behaviour’s commitment to work-life balance. This offering includes:

  • A generous annual allotment of paid time off
  • Comprehensive health coverage from day one and an option Group RRSP Program
  • A flexible reimbursement program for eligible expenses related to fitness, gaming, remote work and transportation.

“Behaviour welcomes its redesignation as a Top Montreal Employer and recognition as one of Canada’s Best Workplaces for Hybrid Work. Both programs recognize companies that go above and beyond for their employees. Providing a world-class work environment is a commitment that we take very seriously,” says Rémi Racine, CEO and Executive Producer at Behaviour Interactive.
