Behaviour named a Best Workplace for Women

Behaviour’s recognition among Canada’s 2023 Best Workplaces for Women, as revealed today by the Great Place to Work Institute, is especially welcome news as we mark International Women’s Day.

The Institute’s annual Best Workplaces for Women list is determined based on the results of an independent employee survey, known as the Trust Index. At least 90% of survey respondents must agree that their employer treats people fairly regardless of gender and the best workplaces are determined based on the average Trust Index score from women employees.

“Behaviour works hard to offer a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected for their contributions and it’s great news that many of our women teammates feel this is indeed the case,” says Kalina Morin, Behaviour’s VP People & Culture. “Building an inclusive culture is a big focus for us and it’s good to know our efforts are producing positive results.”
