Behaviour named a 2023 Best Workplace in Quebec
Behaviour Interactive is proud to once again be recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Quebec by the Great Place to Work Institute, a global authority on workplace culture.
This is an especially important honour for Behaviour because it derives primarily from our team, which responded to the Institute’s independent Trust Index Survey in impressive numbers. Behaviour emerged with an overall score of 91 per cent on the survey, earning us a spot among the best workplaces in Quebec.
“As a Quebec-headquartered company with long roots in the province, this honour holds major significance for Behaviour,” said Rémi Racine, Behaviour’s Co-Founder, CEO and Executive Producer. “We are the oldest studio in the province and one of its most successful, and believe we have a responsibility to lead on issues like workplace culture and the well-being of our team. This recognition by our team is important proof that Behaviour’s hard work in these areas is paying off.”
Since its founding in 1992, Behaviour has set an important workplace standard for the video game industry in Quebec and internationally by abolishing crunch-time. It has also implemented a generous paid time off package and a permanent, flexible remote working policy that allows our team to work full-time from home, full-time from the office, or hybrid.
Behaviour’s recognition as a Best Workplace in Quebec follows earlier honours from the Institute that saw us included on the following lists for 2023:
- Best Workplaces in Canada (1000 employees or more, 13th out of 50)
- Best Workplaces with Most Trusted Executive Teams
- Best Workplaces for Women
- Best Workplaces for Today’s Youth
- Best Workplaces for Giving Back
