Rémi Racine

President and Executive Producer

Over the years, Rémi has positioned his company as a world leader in the video game industry. Under his leadership, Behaviour has produced more than 200 titles and has ranked simultaneously among the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ and Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies™ from 2006 to 2008. An active member of the video game industry, Rémi has acquired a solid reputation within the business community. The company won many awards and is ranked among the best developers in the world.

For three years, he was also president of Alliance numérique, Québec’s multimedia and interactive digital content association. He was inducted into the Canadian Game Development’s Hall of Fame as one of the pioneers of the industry and is a member of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and of the International Game Developers Association. He was Chair of the Board for the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montréal in 2008-2009 and of the Board of CBC/Radio-Canada from 2012 to 2018.

He is currently Chair of the Board for Stationnement de Montréal.

Rémi Racine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

Wayne Meazza

Executive Vice-President, Behaviour Studios

An industry veteran, Wayne has been passionately leading award-winning teams for nearly 30 years. As part of his many achievements, Wayne was named one of the youngest CEO’s in the UK at the age of 28, overseeing projects on PC, console and mobile.

Today, as Executive Vice President, Wayne heads Behaviour’s foundation division, Behaviour Studios. His strategic thinking spearheads a visionary group, talented in every discipline, that yields industry-changing titles in all genres and platforms.

Displaying an exceptional business acumen, he has brokered, throughout his career, deals combining a total of hundreds of millions of dollars. With his breadth of gaming knowledge, he possesses a deep understanding of the constant shifts and trends in the industry, inspiring creativity every step of the way.

Roland Ribotti

Chief Financial Officer

Financial and operational executive with more than 20 years of experience gained in institutional and entrepreneurial settings. Throughout his career, Roland has proven to be results oriented while fostering collaborative environments.

Roland leads the financial and administration team including finance, accounting, legal and information technology. Roland worked ten years in various financial groups at the largest Canadian media and telecommunication Company, including accounting, treasury, corporate finance, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. Roland was an active investor for four years, on a global basis, in small to medium sized media and technology companies as a private equity investor at the largest Canadian Fund Manager with over $120 billion of assets under management.

Roland sat on multiple Boards of Directors during this period. Roland was the Corporate Treasurer at the second largest global printing Company with over $3 billion in revenues and plants in 12 countries; Company for which he worked for six years.

More recently, Roland partnered closely with entrepreneurs and financial professionals for three years as a corporate financial expert specializing in business valuations at the largest Quebec based Accounting and Consulting Firm. Roland has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (Finance), with honors, from the Université du Québec à Montréal; a Master’s in Business Administration from McGill University and is a CFA Charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst)

Dominique Lebel

Senior Vice-President, Business Solutions

Dominique is the head of Behaviour Business Solutions, which specializes in leveraging game mechanics to transform businesses operating outside the world of games environment. Through the power of Game Design Thinking and gamification the division help clients drive performance and efficiency to attain unmatched business value.

Behaviour Business Solutions has developed training and e-learning platforms for Air Canada and Sobeys, 3D real time solutions for Bombardier Aerospace and engagement experience for Sony Music and Arbonne.

Before joining Behaviour, Dominique led the Montreal office of Cossette, the largest independent marketing and communications agency in Canada.

Stephen Mulrooney

Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice-President, Behaviour Digital

Stephen leads Behaviour’s Technical Directors and uses his 16 years of game industry experience to guide technology decisions and build solid development teams.

Prior to joining Behaviour, Stephen worked at Ubisoft Montreal where he was one of the first six programmers brought on board. In his time at Behaviour, he has served in a variety of roles, including Graphics Programmer, Engine Team Lead, Director of the Central Technology group, and Programming Technical Director. Beside’s working with an incredible management team, Stephen’s reasons for showing up in the morning are his passions for optimization and problem solving.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia University.

Marie-Eve Boisvert

Vice-President, Communications

A communication professional with two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Marie-Eve joined Behaviour in 2018. She has spearheaded the overhaul of the company’s internal and external communication initiatives including sponsorship, public relations, industry relations, and community outreach programs.

Prior to joining the Behaviour team, Marie-Eve co-founded Credo Impact and a coworking space, La Gare. From 2012 to 2014, she held the position of Vice-President Communications and Public Relations for the renowned C2 business conference. She also made her mark in her thirteen years at l’Équipe Spectra, from 1999 to 2012. There, she played a key role in building and enhancing the global reputation of major events such as the Montreal International Jazz Festival, FrancoFolies de Montréal, and Montreal HighLights Festival.

Marie-Eve holds a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Marketing and Communications from HEC Montreal and BA in Communication Studies from Laval University.

Martin Mathe

Vice-President, Human Resources

A people-driven executive with over two decades of expertise in powering growth and transformation for private and publicly traded organizations, Martin joined Behaviour Interactive in 2018.

Martin is responsible for all aspects of the human resources function and its alignment with corporate strategies. He supports an employee population of over 500, oversees the exponential growth of Behaviour’s workforce in the competitive video game market, ensures continual policy reviews, and supports the management team in its employee relations and human capital initiatives.

Prior to joining Behaviour, Martin co-founded ApplyHere; held the position of vice-president, talent and culture at Taxelco; and oversaw human resources and communications at BBA.

Martin’s goal at Behaviour is to foster a positive workplace where employee retention as well as professional and personal development are always the top priorities.

Martin holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal.

David Osborne

Vice-President, Creation

Ensuring creative quality in both design and art across all of Behaviour’s divisions, David is tasked with winning new business, overseeing all creative production and running the design and R&D departments. His creative experience in console, PC, MMO’s and mobile free-to-play has helped guide the vision of Behaviour’s future in his 10+ years at the company.

A solid belief in transparent, candid communication fosters a department of camaraderie in a studio atmosphere that’s dynamic and able to adapt to the many creative challenges the company takes on both internally and externally.

David’s 25 years of game development started in the UK at DMA Design before moving to North America as Head of Design and Director of External Development at Jaleco.
