The role

Behaviour Interactive is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month contract, with possibility of extension based on business needs. You'll partner with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners and studio leadership to recruit senior and specialized talent for projects including Dead by Daylight, original IP currently in development, and the AAA partnership work that has helped make Behaviour one of the largest independent studios in the world.

This role is built for a recruiter who finds their best work in proactive recruitment. Sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and closing are the core of the day-to-day. You'll have a constant flow of senior, hard-to-fill searches across multiple disciplines and a sharp team alongside you. Meaningful positions and high-impact recruitment inside a studio that ships.

In this role you will :
    • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and highly specialized roles across the studio, including programming, art, design, and production.
    • Source relentlessly. Boolean searches, market mapping, competitive intelligence, and direct outreach on LinkedIn, GitHub, ArtStation, Stack Overflow, and wherever else the talent lives.
    • Tap into non-traditional pools: game jams, modding communities, open-source contributors, indie circles, international dev forums.
    • Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners and studio leaders (directors, tech leads, producers) to understand role requirements and shape sourcing strategy for each search.
    • Represent Behaviour at industry events, conferences, community meetups, and campus career fairs to keep the pipeline full and the employer brand strong.
    • Build long-term relationships with passive talent by understanding what motivates the best people in the industry.
    • Contribute market intelligence and competitor insights to help shape offers that win.
    • Contribute to strategic projects that strengthen how we attract and acquire top talent.
What we're looking for :
    • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a real track record of hiring for hard-to-fill senior roles.
    • Sourcing expertise that's genuine, not performative. You source because it's your bread and butter, whether that's Boolean strings, market maps, competitor intel, or direct outreach across multiple platforms.
    • Industry fluency. You can speak credibly with developers, artists, designers, and the leaders who hire them.
    • Relationship skills that hold up under pressure, whether you're coaching a hiring manager through a tough assessment or guiding a senior candidate through offer negotiations.
    • A real passion for games. Ideally you've recruited for studios or shipped interactive products yourself.
