Are you passionate about creating compelling stories, memorable characters, and immersive player experiences? Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Narrative Designer to join a collaborative team and contribute to the development of a live game co-developed with an external partner and released on PC and consoles.

The role of the Senior Narrative Designer is to support the Design Director and act as the champion of a game’s story, functioning as the central resource for all things narrative-related. The Senior Narrative Designer works closely with a project’s core interdisciplinary teams during every step of the process to develop a memorable and meaningful narrative that aligns with the game’s mechanics, design, structure and lore.
In this role you will :
    • Study a deep and complex lore and expand it.
    • Work to create and establish the “voice” of a game.
    • Write and revising in-game dialogue and text.
    • Identify narrative problems and brainstorm creative solutions with colleagues.
    • Propose creative and efficient ways to effectively present the world to the player.
    • Implement copywriting inside game engine and document revisions for archive and project wide visibility.
What we're looking for :
    • 6+ years of experience in Narrative Design, Game Writing, or a related discipline.
      Previous professional experience as a writer in the game industry.
    • Understanding of basic game-design fundamentals and principles.
    • Understanding of how to present a clear narrative concept and craft a clear and coherent story.
    • Good understanding of how story is used to support game mechanics and enhance player retention.
    • Possess a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
