Our Services team collaborates with gaming and entertainment giants like Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering exceptional work-for-hire development and pioneering immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). Our Production team is growing, and we are looking for a Producer to join our team and help us push our Work For Hire business to the next level. You will support the Senior Producer in the successful delivery of AAA projects and collaborate closely with the leadership team. This role will involve leading a team to create a high-quality product that aligns with the stakeholders’ vision.
In this role you will :
- Prioritize Game Features: Align high-value features and set quality targets to match the game's vision.
- Task Management: Optimize team performance by managing and prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Quality Assurance: Be accountable for the overall quality and success of the game.
- Client Communication: Ensure healthy, trustful, and smooth communication with clients. Understand their needs and constraints and find solutions to achieve the given mandate.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams and external studios to develop innovative and appealing gaming experiences.
- Strategic Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of large-scale gaming projects.
What we're looking for :
- Proven success in managing the production of AAA games for PC/Console.
- 5+ years of experience as a Producer.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of mentoring teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience developing processes and procedures for gaming production.
- Advanced proficiency in Mandarin
- Experience working in an Asian market
