Behaviour™ Nominated Canada’s Best Place to Work
Behaviour is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the best place to work in Canada. Awarded by GameIndustry.biz in partnership with the Montreal International Game Summit (MIGS), this award recognizes the excellence of employers in Canada.
With 26 years of growth, Behaviour is the largest and oldest independent video game developer in Canada. Based in the Mile-Ex since 2017, Behaviour is a human company that cares for its employees. Rémi Racine, President and Executive Producer at Behaviour Interactive explains “We have always been concerned about the well-being of our employees. We offer an exceptional work environment, competitive advantages, a variety of quality projects and, most importantly, a very good work-life balance. “
In order to win this prize, Canadian companies had to answer two surveys: one completed by the company and the other completed by the employees in a completely anonymous way. The latter was worth 75% of the final grade. The companies were then judged by a team of recruitment and human resources experts and different criteria were taken into account such as the benefits, the working environment, the hours of work, the diversity, the direction, the training, the corporate culture, and so much more. All the companies with more than 85 points (out of 100) were awarded Canada’s Best Place to Work. This year, more than 30 companies participated, and Behaviour distinguished itself with 3 other important video game companies: Ubisoft, Ludia and Beenox.
