Behaviour Interactive recognized once again as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies

Behaviour Interactive, Canada’s largest independent video game studio with offices in Montreal and now Toronto, welcomes its renewed designation as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

Presented by Deloitte, the program recognizes eligible Canadian-owned and managed companies with revenues of more than $50 million that successfully combine strong, sustained financial results with technological innovation and a commitment to people. To requalify, winners must detail how they adapted their business strategy to remain successful over the past year, how they embraced innovation, and how they continued to motivate and develop talent, among other factors. Applications are reviewed in a rigorous and independent process that evaluates the calibre of their management abilities and practices.

Behaviour was first recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies in 2020 and this is the second consecutive year that the company has requalified under the prestigious program.

“The past year saw Behaviour continue along a growth trajectory that has seen both our revenues and team more than double since 2019,” said Rémi Racine, CEO and Executive Producer of Behaviour. “We’re incredibly proud of these results and our redesignation as a Best Managed Company is above all recognition of the team effort behind this success.”

“This year’s Best Managed winners displayed courage, resourcefulness, and creativity as they explored new avenues for advancement,” said Derrick Dempster, Partner, Deloitte Private and Co-Leader, Canada’s Best Managed Companies program. “We’re extremely proud to recognize their impressive achievements in such a rapidly changing business world. Their successes demonstrate the importance of strong leadership and forethought in driving long-term growth.”
