Behaviour™ Interactive Unveils Recruitment Ad Campaign “Create Your World”
Campaign supports Behaviour’s plan to recruit dozens of experienced programmers in the next 12 months
Montreal, September 23, 2019 – Behaviour Interactive, a leading North American video game developer, today launched “Create Your World”, a hyper-targeted recruitment ad campaign, to reach experienced programming professionals. The campaign will be deployed on Montreal’s transit system and Behaviour’s social media to engage with top talent at home and abroad.
Developed entirely in-house by Behaviour’s creative team, the striking new campaign is built around the concept of the “blank page”. “Create Your World” invites potential recruits to imagine all the worlds they could create at Behaviour by featuring the default scenes of game engines and modeling and animation tools (Unreal, Unity, Maya) immediately recognizable by the target audience.
In the upcoming year, the company plans on hiring an many more programming professionals for positions such as Senior Systems Programmer, UI Programmer, Lead Programmer, Programming Technical Lead, and Game Programmer.
The campaign aims to convey the message that Behaviour is a choice employer for video game professionals wishing to power up their career in an environment that encourages innovation and creative thinking
