At the core of 7 Days to Die’s live service evolution, the Producer plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering ongoing content to our players. Working closely with discipline directors & leads, you will fully own key content & feature initiativess that directly impact player engagement and retention.
With a hands-on, ownership driven mindset, you bring structure, momentum and clarity, helping the team continuously improve the game experience for a passionate and growing player community.
In this role you will :
- Prioritize and own high-impact features by aligning content, quality targets, and delivery with the game’s live service vision.
- Drive planning and execution by managing tasks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure timely and predictable releases.
- Be accountable for the overall quality, stability, and success of the live product throughout its lifecycle.
- Manage resources and partial budgets to support sustainable growth, scalability, and post‑launch development.
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and clients to align expectations and deliver against shared goals.
- Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring and helping build a strong, high-performing production team.
What we're looking for :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Producer.
- Proven success in managing the production of AAA games for PC/Console and on live games.
- Solid track record of leading the production of at least one published game.
- Experience managing multiple cross-discipline teams.
- Broad knowledge across diverse areas of game-making, a background in development, art or production is desirable.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of mentoring teams and delivering projects on time.
- Experience developing processes and procedures for gaming production.
