The role
Are you ready to dive into the world of cutting-edge video game development? Headquartered in Montreal, Behaviour Interactive is at the forefront of the gaming industry, crafting unforgettable experiences across PC, console, and mobile platforms. We’re a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games. Our Services team collaborates with gaming and entertainment giants like Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering exceptional work-for-hire development and pioneering immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). Meanwhile, our Original Games unit pushes our creative limits, with our signature IPs, including the iconic Dead by Daylight. Join us and be a part of the future of interactive entertainment!

At Behaviour Interactive, we believe in giving everyone a fair shot. We embrace a diverse and creative environment where everyone is celebrated. We value folks of all ages, sex, ethnicity, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, civil status, disability, or any other protected characteristics as per applicable law.

Are you passionate about turning data into stories that drive real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of how we promote video games and related services.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for uncovering insights about our marketing and sales campaigns, as well as understanding what drives our customer behaviour. From setting the right goals to delivering clear, actionable recommendations, you’ll own the full analytics process and make sure our teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

You won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll solve problems, spark ideas, and help drive change across our marketing channels. If you love digging into data, spotting trends, and making a real difference, this is your chance to do just that in a fast-paced, creative industry.
In this role you will :
  • Design smart tracking plans and work closely with both technical and business teams to make sure we’re collecting the right data and using it in the right way.
  • Spot opportunities and solve problems by identifying what we need to measure, then building the tools and solutions to analyze performance and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses that are clear, scalable, and tailored to the needs of different teams.
  • Tell compelling stories with data that help the company better understand our customers and make confident decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor who brings clarity and direction through data.
  • Adapt and thrive in fast-moving environments, using flexible approaches to tackle complex challenges.
  • Develop models and automated tools that deliver insights at scale and help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Support and mentor junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow.
What we're looking for :
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or financial analytics.
  • Ideally, experience working with marketing platforms and channels.
  • Strong database manipulation skills, including complex processing of large datasets using SQL and NoSQL.
  • Excellent data visualization skills (Power BI is an asset).
  • Ability to build statistical models or find alternative approaches to achieve similar outcomes, create dashboards (Excel, Tableau, other languages), and deliver complex reports.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (asset) and R (asset).
  • Experience with data hosting and transformation tools such as Snowflake (asset), DBT (asset), and AWS (asset).
