The Role
Since several work modes are offered to all our employees (100% from home, Flex, 100% in-office), job opportunities posted here are available whether you live in Quebec or Ontario, unless indicated otherwise. 

Under the supervision of the Web Product Manager, this role supports the team in designing graphics related to our website and email campaigns. The candidate will work with the Web Product Manager to design all brand websites as well as user experience flows and wireframes. In addition, the candidate will work closely with the CRM manager to design banners, graphics and templates for all brand email campaigns. Are you game?

In this role you will :
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups and maintain all webpage designs for our brand sites and user navigation flows;
  • Create banners and marketing ads for use within our web domains;
  • Design user experience flows alongside the web team;
  • Create assets and template layout mockups for CRM campaigns;
  • Create and present templates and ideas for enhancing our web and email efforts;
  • Work with the media team to develop landing pages tied to various campaigns;
  • Design and deploy banners and assets for esports related activities;
  • Collaborate with other graphic designs within Behaviour to ensure all creatives are on brand and up to standards. 
What we're looking for :
  • Degree in graphic design in a recognized institute;
  • 5+ experience in digital design with expertise in UX / UI / graphic design;
  • Comfortable on a Windows PC platform;
  • Well-versed in the Adobe Suite, mostly Photoshop, Illustrator and experience in designing and prototyping using Adobe Xd or Figma;
  • Familiar with email design best practices;
  • Experience with responsive web and interface design;
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and current web design trends;
  • Creative, conscientious, methodical, and organized;
  • Positive team player, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment;
  • Ability to work with multiple internal clients and projects simultaneously, prioritize projects and meet deadlines;
  • Bilingual (French /English, both spoken nd written.
