The Role
We are seeking a talented video editor to join and level up BHVR's Community Team with high quality work. The video editor will be responsible for editing and creating a variety of video formats including short form reels, posts, and TikToks, as well as longer form content for YouTube and other platforms. They will work alongside graphic designers on the Community Team and will ensure that all pertaining work respects our games’ brand guidelines and team quality standards. 
In this role you will :
  • Produce and edit video content supporting community campaigns optimized for our various channels; 
  • Scope overall bandwidth and manage incoming video requests for given projects; 
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of content, ensuring proper sign-off with stakeholders;  
  • Follow specific brand guidelines for each game, proactively reaching out to brand stakeholders when necessary to clarify any questions; 
  • Support the Community Team’s live stream production planning and execution; 
  • Update collaterals and assets with new material or modified layouts; 
  • Provide expert consulting to the Community Team on the best way to achieve their video goals. 
What we're looking for :
  • Strong and varied portfolio of work in various styles and commercial examples of previous video editing work; 
  • Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines; 
  • Ability to learn and maintain multiple game brand identities and ensure consistency across each; 
  • Well versed in the Adobe Suite, mostly Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. Knowledge in Motion Design is a plus; 
  • Comfortable on a Windows platform; 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, etc.); 
  • Experience using JIRA to manage workload; 
  • Someone who is creative, detail-oriented, methodical, and organized;  
  • Good knowledge of/appreciation for video games; 
  • Positive team player, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment; 
  • Understanding of social media content trends and best practices; 
  • Previous work experience in a social media or community team is a strong plus.
