Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Social Media Manager to join its Communications team. Under the responsibility of the Director of Communications, the Social Media Manager will develop Behaviour’s online representation, manage dialogue with its online communities, and will promote the Behaviour brand and the employer brand on its various external corporate channels. The person who will fill this position is creative and passionate, has a strong strategic mindset and demonstrates strong organizational, writing and collaboration skills.
In this role you will :
- Have an excellent understanding of business objectives and employer branding;
- Manage the publication schedule on the various social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram and TikTok);
- Prepare texts (in French and English) for online posts;
- Work with the Communications team’s graphic designers to create visual content (videos, banners, etc.);
- Create content in collaboration with various team members and other departments;
- Manage and interact with Behaviour's communities on its various social media while generating engagement;
- Support the communications team in the coordination of paid recruitment and awareness campaigns on social media;
- Provide analysis and reports on the performance of the various campaigns on social media;
- Suggest social media optimization strategies;
- Ensure social media monitoring and stay on top of industry news and upcoming trends;
- Cover internal and external events;
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication studies or other relevant discipline;
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Community Manager;
- Relevant experience managing paid social media campaigns;
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram et TikTok);
- Excellent knowledge of social media performance measurement tools (LinkedIn, Meta Business Manager), (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.;
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English;
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop considered an asset;
- Ability to manage stress when dealing with unplanned requests or requirements;
- Strong leadership and creativity;
- Good communicator;
- Available outside of normal business hours occasionally. For instance, to attend an industry event on a weeknight or during the weekend.
