The Role

Behaviour is looking for a Product Manager who will lead the development roadmap and KPI optimization of our next original AAA PC/Console game. The Product Manager will use quantitative and qualitative data to drive feature planning and prioritization (short, mid and long-term roadmaps), balancing business goals and ensuring a fun experience for our players while building an engaged community.
In this role you will :
  • Drive product features through their entire lifecycle from concept to execution;
  • Help define and manage metrics to measure the product’s success, and continue to foster and grow KPIs;
  • Achieve buy-in from all members of the game team by clearly articulating product vision and goals;
  • Be capable of anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating, and making trade-offs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints;
  • Be capable of translating insights into valuable product recommendations;
  • Lead a team of live operations managers, data analysts, and junior product managers and collaborate directly with key stakeholders (creative, design, UI, art, programmers, producers, etc.) to execute the strategy;
  • Identify professional development opportunities for product managers and provide guidance/mentorship for their professional growth.
What we're looking for :
  • 5+ years of experience with at least one shipped game as a service (GaaS) title and at least one year as a senior product manager or producer during the live phase;
  • PC/Console experience is required, and mobile experience is a plus;
  • Management experience is required;
  • Excellent people skills, with an ego-less approach to collaboration;
  • Passion for live games is required;
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Result-oriented; 
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Analysis, and Visualization Software (Looker/Tableau/etc.) is a plus.
