As Senior Manager of Marketing Finance, you will act as the financial business partner for Behaviour’s Marketing team, developing and implementing the systems necessary to drive greater efficiency. These systems will monitor, and ideally forecast, the KPIs and ROI associated with the marketing initiatives for all the company’s current and forthcoming games. You will play a key role in developing the budget for, and measuring the efficiency of, both these initiatives and our performance marketing efforts. Are you game?
In this role you will :
- Develop and implement the new processes required to perform a comprehensive quantitative analysis of our marketing activities
- Partner with the marketing leads to drive oversight processes around marketing spend and ROI analysis
- In partnership with Marketing leadership, own the management and forecasting of the marketing budget for both the Dead by Daylight franchise and other titles
- Provide feedback for monthly, and quarterly budgets, as well as actual variance analysis on financial and operational metrics;
- Work alongside the Marketing and Technology teams to evaluate the ROI of building internal capabilities versus employing external solutions;
- Serve as a financial leader to drive the evolution of our marketing priorities and organization;
- Monitor key industry trends to identify techniques for improving this efficiency.
What we're looking for :
- Minimum of five years’ experience (finance, strategy, marketing), ideally in the technology/media industry
- Experience in games is not necessary, but preferred
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs, audience segmentation, user acquisition, target prioritization, and the advertising value chain
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite software, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, planning, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to drive innovation by developing and implementing new procedures
