The Role
In this role you will :
  • Provide a quality welcome to visitors, employees or customers both at reception and on the telephone.
  • Answer, forward and filter incoming phone calls
  • Check faxes and redirect to the right people
  • Take care of sorting mail and shipping the post and courier
  • Maintain the stationery inventory up to date and make the required purchases
  • Order stamps on Canada Post
  • Coordination of shipments and reception of local packages
  • Some tasks related to the management of access cards
  • Verification of the vaccination status of visitors or clients
  • Perform any other related tasks that may be required
What we're looking for :
  • DEP in Administrative Sciences or equivalent college level.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ease of verbal communication
  • Discretion and concern for confidentiality
  • Knowing how to organize and plan
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual (French and English) orally and in writing
  • Attendance, patience and a positive attitude
  • Autonomy and initiative
