The Role
In this role you will :
  • Agir en tant que personne ressource pour les membres de l'équipe afin de déterminer l'impact technique de la vision artistique;
  • Simplifier la production en trouvant des moyens d'automatiser les tâches et d'améliorer les processus;
  • Développer un ensemble de meilleures pratiques, de solutions et d’outils afin de résoudre les problèmes;
  • Promouvoir la réutilisation des ressources, du savoir-faire et des outils sur plusieurs projets;
  • Chercher à repousser constamment les limites de la technologie;
  • Établir une solide communication entre les équipes créatives et techniques;
  • Trouver des solutions innovantes et démontre une expertise dans le domaine de l'optimisation technique.
What we're looking for :
  • 2 ans d'expérience en modélisation 3D, textures, cadrage, animation, éclairage, effets spéciaux et scripts;
  • Connaissances techniques en graphisme 3D en temps réel ainsi qu’en techniques de création de contenu numérique;
  • Connaissance de l’éclairage pré-calculé ou temps réel;
  • Bonnes compétences en communication;
  • Expérience dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo;
  • Compréhension des scripts et de la programmation (Python, Mel, CG, HLSL un atout);
  • Expérience dans la création et le déploiement de versions et de processus de production;
  • Expérience avec des outils 3D commerciaux (Maya, 3ds Max, Substance);
  • Expérience obligatoire avec Unreal et Unity
  • Comprendre le matériel de rendu sur plusieurs plateformes, en particulier les appareils mobiles, les PC et les consoles de génération actuelles;
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
