The Role
The Influencer Manager is responsible for building and supporting great relationships with content creators and delivering on creative influencer campaigns. This person is an exceptional communicator and is passionate about creating great, engaging content and communication plans. They should have a solid understanding of the Influencer space across Twitch and YouTube and of top influencers within those spaces. This person will partner with the Influencer, Community, and Marketing teams to create great opportunities for our existing partners and upcoming influencers in the space. 
In this role you will :
  • Drive conversation and engage with our Influencers; 
  • Engage regularly with influencers across a variety of channels (ex. Discord, Twitch, etc.); 
  • Identify and drive opportunities for Regional Influencer Programs; 
  • Keep an eye on upcoming trends in the Influencer space; 
  • Identify potential new partners for our program(s); 
  • Collaborate with partner teams to execute on bigger brand initiatives; 
  • Create regular reports on Influencer feedback & activity; 
  • Develop and pitch basic content creator campaigns to engage our influencers. 
What we're looking for :
  • 1-2 years + of working with gaming influencers or in the Community Management space; 
  • You play and enjoy video games on PC, Console, or Mobile; 
  • A true team player; You love working together to create great player experiences; 
  • Deep knowledge of (and passion for) the influencer and content creator communities; 
  • History of creating engaging content and managing communications; 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; 
  • A solid understanding of the video game streaming space (Twitch, YouTube) and what makes a top influencer in the space; 
  • Bonus: Has experience as a streamer in the video game space; 
  • Bonus Points: Include a link to one of your favorite Influencers working in the gaming space in your application.
