The Role
As an Influencer Management Director, you set the global direction for the Influencer teams for Behaviour’s original games to deliver the best experience to our communities. You will lead and mentor a diverse team of new and experienced Influencer Managers on multiple games. You will serve as the voice of our influencer efforts internally, ensuring cross-collaboration between your team, Community, Development, Product, Brand, PR, UA, Publishing and Player Support teams. 
In this role you will :
  • Set the global direction for Influencer management for our current live games and games in development
  • Mentor a team of on-site and regional influencer manager leads and their team members to develop their careers
  • Coach your team to create strategies to develop high quality influencer campaigns and tactics to grow our influencer efforts through both paid and earned media
  • Coach your team on using a data-informed approach to drive positive ROI across Digital 
  • Advocate for Influencer initiatives and toolsets to partner teams and leadership
  • Foster collaboration with partners (Community team, Marketing, and other relevant parties) to drive success of our influencer activations and long term strategy
  • Empower your team to develop innovative Influencer programs and loyalty initiatives  
  • Improve the quality of our post-mortems and influencer sentiment reports that give insight into the player experience and helps prioritize solutions to topics causing negative sentiment
  • Hire Influencer Managers and partner with top quality agencies to support our efforts
  • Validate and manage the Influencer budget for all our games 
What we're looking for :
  • You like and play video games
  • A solid understanding of Influencer KPIs and a track record of driving positive ROI
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in gaming or entertainment industry related Influencer Management
  • Experience managing influencer management teams, and strong passion for team building & individuals mentoring
  • Self-motivated and able to develop new initiatives as well as manage multiple tasks with little supervision
  • An exceptional collaborator with experience working with partner teams to make the Influencer teams efforts a success
  • Strong understanding of current game/entertainment community and Influencer trends
  • Knowledge of and/or network with current game community/influencers is a strong plus
  • Experience managing relationships with Influencer and/or Marketing agencies is a strong plus
  • You are fluent in English; speaking French is a strong plus
  • Bonus Points: Include a link to a company you think is doing great work with Influencers (does not have to be video game related)
  • Able to travel as required both globally and domestically
