The Role
In this role, you will :
  • Partner with your business unit to focus on succession planning, talent development and organizational health priorities;
  • Work with internal clients to improve organizational design and structure, provide change management leadership and management coaching;
  • Mentor/coach and guide all levels of management to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skills;
  • Build credibility and trust among employees;
  • Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation and follow-through;
  • Review and analyze business metrics including data on employee experience to recommend continuous improvements;
  • Help develop and maintain the Behaviour way;
  • Work with managers and employees to address various employee relation issues, fairly representing all interests;
  • Actively engaged as an important member of the HR team.
What we're looking for :
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations;
  • 7 to 10 years of experience as an HR partner in the video game industry or related field;
  • Data-driven and result oriented;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Interest in Behavioural Economics and Neuroscience;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills at all management levels;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written);
  • Bilingual in written and spoken English and French;
  • Member of the Order (CRHA, CRIA) an asset;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quebec labour laws;
  • Adapts easily to new situations;
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time;
  • Shows creativity, initiative and innovation in suggested solutions;
  • Works effectively in a constantly changing environment.
