The Role
The community graphic designer is responsible for creating and editing various digital assets to support the BHVR Community Team’s social media content strategies. In this role, they will work alongside another graphic designer, directly within the Player Experience department, to ensure that all pertaining work meets team standards and follows appropriate brand guidelines associated with each project.  
In this role you will :
  • Create and maintain various social media assets and campaigns based on BHVR’s products and branding, including static meme content, short-form video editing, static overlays, social media banners and logos, print collateral, presentations, etc.; 
  • Design and produce visual assets for the various internal brands and licensed products;  
  • Scope overall bandwidth and manage incoming asset requests for given projects; 
  • Update collaterals and assets with new material or modified layouts;  
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of content, ensuring proper sign-off with stakeholders;  
  • Collaborate with (and support) other team members for their specific design needs.  
What we're looking for :
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines; 
  • Ability to learn and maintain multiple game brand identities and ensure consistency across each; 
  • Someone who is comfortable working on a Windows platform;  
  • Very good knowledge of the Adobe Suite, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (XD will be an asset);  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, etc.); 
  • Experience using JIRA to manage workload; 
  • Strong attention to details;  
  • Creative, conscientious, methodical, and organized;  
  • A willingness to learn new design methodologies;  
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;  
  • Someone who understands social media content trends and best practices; 
  • Previous experience working in a social media or community team is a strong plus.
