The Role
To meet the needs related to the growth of the company, Behaviour is looking for a new Financial Analyst to join the team. Under the responsibility of the financial director, the candidate will be preparing reports and performing various analysis. The role also covers the application of accounting standards, more specifically IFRS 15 as well as others. The analyst will also support the finance team throughout projects and ad-hoc analysis..

In this role you will :
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies;
  • Account for Behaviour online Merchandise store;
  • Prepare various monthly analysis;
  • Participate to special projects.
What we're looking for :
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards ;
  • Hold a CPA designation;
  • Fluency in both English and French languages, both spoken and written;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ;
  • Ability to prioritize; 
  • Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness ;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
