The Role

Behaviour is looking for a Data Developer Team Lead. In this role, you will coordinate and lead a team in charge of supporting the production teams for several online multiplayer games in collaboration with other teams of the data and research group as well as other Behaviour technological teams. 
In this role you will :
  • Lead the daily management of a multi-project team of game data developers;
  • Lead the delivery of data infrastructures and pipelines within the expected timelines and quality levels;
  • Supervise task planning and assignment in relation to your team’s priorities and capacities;
  • Be proactive in communicating, collaborating and coordinating with the other teams of the data and research group;
  • Take charge of your team’s objectives management, including the necessary visibility and feedback to achieve them;
  • Work closely with the team lead, the technical lead and the technical director to insure proper prioritization and execution of analytical projects, whether they are operational or strategic;
  • Work in collaboration with the data analysis team to ensure the transmission of deliverables to the final users;
  • Work together with the rest of the management team to ensure the supervision of projects and the achievement of pre-established standards, the development of team members as well as the evolution of the data developer role;
  • Maintain the link and collaboration between the production teams: producers, technical leads, programmers and DevOps;
  • Contribute to the development of the data and research team’s processes and organization to better support the different production and exploitation steps of Gaas games (Game as a Service).
What we're looking for :
  • 5 years experience in data developing;
  • Experience in management is a must;
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong prioritization and adaptation skills;
  • Strong experience with Agile development tools and documentation (JIRA, Confluence);
  • English/French bilingualism is essential;
  • University degree in a related field.
