The Role
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Digital Communications, this role supports the team in making data-driven strategic decisions based on campaign efforts. The Digital Marketing Data Analyst is as comfortable working with analytics tools as they are presenting to a group of people. One of the role’s main goals is to establish processes to collect and provide digital marketing data to the supporting teams. In addition to working on data development and reporting, the Data analyst will also build dashboards and help advise marketing strategies for the web and CRM teams by providing insights and relevant data needed to develop campaigns.   Are you game ?
In this role you will :
  • Optimize dashboard templates for digital marketing data reporting. This includes reporting for both web and CRM campaigns
  • Collect and analyze website performance data (traffic volume, engagement level, sales performance, etc.) and produce the necessary reports and insights
  • Using data, assist in building web and CRM marketing strategies and provide insights to inform tactics.
  • Support the web team in implementing tracking features for websites. This includes UTM link management and managing bitly links.
  • Support the web team in interpreting data from website activity & optimizing data for future web integration.
  • Support the CRM team in interpreting data from email campaign activity and optimizing future campaigns
  • Collaborate with Player Insights team to ensure all marketing data is shared and stored while ensuring one source of truth within a data warehouse
  • Develop and suggest tools for better analyses and tracking purposes. Ensure all tools conform to BHVR standards and suit the needs of the team
  • Develop reporting processes to ensure cross functional teams are receiving regular and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Train and support colleagues in using data tools to reduce manual report creation
  • Manage and maintain partnerships with analytics suppliers to ensure all data sources are up to date (ie. Bitly, Supermetrics etc.)
  • (preferred) Assist the web project manager with SEO strategies based on google analytics and trends.

What we're looking for :
  • Minimum 3 years experience in data management and analytics;
  • (Preffered) experience in marketing and business analytics;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Ability to manage several projects at once;
  • Affinity for data and producing reports;
  • Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
