The Role
The community manager is responsible for building great communication and engaging with the Dead by Daylight online community. The CM role is to inform, engage and build a strong community, while acting as one of the primary advocates for player feedback within the larger team. We are looking for a great, social media savvy Community Manager to join our team and contribute to building and elevating our community to a global audience of players!  
In this role you will :
  • Work alongside the Lead and a great team of Community Managers to generate ideas for content campaigns to drive engagement & inform the Community;
  • Collaborate on creating great content calendars that target varied player types as part of a larger content and engagement strategy;
  • Operate the social media & community channels daily;
  • Write engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms; 
  • Build great relationships by engaging with players in the community and encourage positive and constructive engagement;
  • Work with internal partner teams to relay player feedback gained from online conversations within the community;
  • Collaborate on community sentiment & feedback reports;
  • Help plan and drive social activity around contests, challenges, fan content and more;
  • Monitor the growth and success of the community and of social media platforms;
  • Engage in community outreach with great player-driven communities;
  • Attend real-world events (when safe to do so);
  • Act as an advocate for a collaborative and player-centric culture across teams.
What we're looking for :
  • Experience in community management and/or social media content planning;
  • A strong collaborative personality;
  • A love for all things social media – you know the latest memes and TikTok trends! 
  • A strong understanding of social media and current trends; 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, creativity and ability to multitask;
  • Knowledge in broader trends and communication strategies in community management;
  • A love of video games, specifically online multiplayer.
  • Bonus Points :
  • Experience with a gaming or entertainment company is a huge plus.
  • Experience with creating basic assets for social media. (Example: https://twitter.com/DeadByBHVR/status/1435330784768970756);
