Il s\u2019agit de&nbsp;faire rejaillir le meilleur&nbsp;de&nbsp;chaque membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe via un mode de gestion positif et de structurer les t\u00e2ches de l\u2019\u00e9quipe pour&nbsp;lui&nbsp;permettre d\u2019atteindre&nbsp;ses&nbsp;objectifs principaux.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qui \u2013 <\/strong>En tant que chef.fe d\u2019\u00e9quipe, vous serez charg\u00e9.e de d\u00e9finir des r\u00f4les et des responsabilit\u00e9s clairs au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Vous veillerez \u00e0 la r\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches selon les comp\u00e9tences et les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de chacun.e ainsi que de d\u2019autres crit\u00e8res. Enfin, vous serez surtout responsable de d\u00e9velopper, soutenir et motiver votre \u00e9quipe au quotidien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quand \u2013<\/strong>&nbsp;Vous&nbsp;assurerez le suivi de tout&nbsp;ce&nbsp;qui entoure&nbsp;votre projet (planification du sprint, progression des t\u00e2ches, tri des bogues&nbsp;(le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant), etc.). Vous participerez activement \u00e0 la construction du calendrier de production.&nbsp;Deux&nbsp;des principaux d\u00e9fis&nbsp;reli\u00e9s \u00e0 votre position&nbsp;seront&nbsp;de&nbsp;savoir&nbsp;prioriser les t\u00e2ches et de jongler&nbsp;de&nbsp;mani\u00e8re simultan\u00e9e&nbsp;entre la gestion du&nbsp;\u00ab\u202fen direct\u202f\u00bb&nbsp;et le d\u00e9veloppement des futurs jalons\/mises \u00e0 jour. Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, vous assurerez une planification et un cadrage pr\u00e9cis de votre projet et serez responsable de sa livraison dans les d\u00e9lais et&nbsp;les limites&nbsp;budg\u00e9taires&nbsp;pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la majorit\u00e9 des disciplines,&nbsp;le.la&nbsp;chef.fe&nbsp;d\u2019\u00e9quipe sera&nbsp;impliqu\u00e9.e&nbsp;dans&nbsp;une collaboration \u00e9troite avec&nbsp;son.sa&nbsp;producteur.rice&nbsp;(associ\u00e9.e)* et les responsables des autres disciplines afin d&rsquo;assurer une bonne compr\u00e9hension des enjeux de la production dans son ensemble. Si&nbsp;un&nbsp;probl\u00e8me&nbsp;humain ou technique&nbsp;survient&nbsp;sur la production impliquant votre \u00e9quipe, vous serez&nbsp;celui.celle&nbsp;qui&nbsp;donnera&nbsp;l\u2019alerte&nbsp;et proposera&nbsp;des solutions pertinentes afin&nbsp;d\u2019\u00e9viter tout&nbsp;impact n\u00e9gatif sur le calendrier de diffusion.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, \u00eatre\u00a0chef.fe\u00a0d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe implique \u00e9galement de s&rsquo;occuper des t\u00e2ches dites\u00a0\u00ab\u202fRH\u202f\u00bb: g\u00e9rer les entretiens individuels, travailler avec\u00a0les membres de votre\u00a0\u00e9quipe sur\u00a0leur\u00a0\u00e9volution de\u00a0carri\u00e8re et\u00a0leur\u00a0d\u00e9veloppement personnel. En tant que \u00ab expert en la mati\u00e8re \u00bb (SME), vous serez responsable de l\u2019architecture et de la qualit\u00e9 technique du projet. Vous vous assurerez que les syst\u00e8mes et fonctionnalit\u00e9s que nous d\u00e9veloppons r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 nos standards et soient en tout temps performants et fiables. Vous serez \u00e9galement responsable d\u2019anticiper et de g\u00e9rer le risque technologique d\u2019un projet. En cas de d\u00e9fi technique, l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019appuiera sur vous pour d\u00e9fier les enjeux rencontr\u00e9s et proposer des solutions pour \u00ab\u202f\u00e9teindre le feu\u202f\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous vous assurerez que nos processus et outils soient d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 optimale et en constante \u00e9volution. Votre r\u00f4le consistera \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des outils et des m\u00e9thodologies dans la vis\u00e9e d\u2019un travail plus efficace et de la r\u00e9duction des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque production.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune surprise ici,&nbsp;le r\u00f4le de&nbsp;responsable&nbsp;technique impliquera aussi beaucoup de communication et de coordination. Dans la majorit\u00e9 des disciplines, vous serez \u00e9galement en contact permanent avec votre&nbsp;chef.fe&nbsp;d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et votre&nbsp;producteur.rice&nbsp;(associ\u00e9.e)* pour&nbsp;planifier&nbsp;les jalons et&nbsp;pour&nbsp;les tenir&nbsp;au courant&nbsp;des derniers progr\u00e8s techniques&nbsp;r\u00e9alis\u00e9s&nbsp;sur le projet.
