Rémi Racine
President and Executive Producer
Rémi Racine is President and Executive Producer of Behaviour (formerly A2M), which he founded in 1992. For the past 18 years, he has contributed to position Behaviour as a world leader in the video game industry. Under his leadership, the company has ranked simultaneously amongst the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ and Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies™ from 2006 to 2008.
An active member of the video game industry, Remi has acquired a solid reputation within the business community. He is the retiring Chairman of the Montreal Board of Trade, and was for three years the President of Alliance Numérique – Quebec’s multimedia and interactive digital content association. He is also a member of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and the International Game Developers Association. His vision is the development of unparalleled games, in an environment where talent thrives.
Remi has a bachelor degree in Finance from Université du Québec à Montréal.

Geneviève Guité
Vice President, Human Resources
Geneviève Guité is responsible for all HR-related strategies to address the challenges of attracting and retaining talent as well as designing and implementing the tools to optimize the performance of the human capital of the Company. Prior to joining Behaviour (formerly A2M), Geneviève was responsible for the talent management of the creative units of MEGA Brands International Design Center for 3 years. From 2002 through 2005, she managed all HR-related issues in connection with the business transformation at Zoom Media. Prior to Zoom Media, she spent 10 years at Diesel Marketing (now Sidlee) where she built the HR function and put in place the best practices that promoted the Company’s exceptional performance and culture. Geneviève holds a Degree in graphic design and communication and is a member of the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés du Québec (CHRP).

Yves Lachance
Studio Head
Yves Lachance is the head of the company’s Montreal studios. In this role, he oversees all game development projects in all three studios. A veteran game development executive with more than 20 years of experience, Yves joined Behaviour (formerly A2M) in 2006. Prior to that, he held various executive positions in interactive media companies, including Vircom and its subsidiary Vircom Interactive where he successfully produced more than 20 B2B software solutions for networks and later set up one of the very first MMO development studios in the world. Yves holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University and a Graduate Degree from the McGill Executive Institute with a specialization in Management.

Jamie Leece
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Jamie Leece has been involved with the business aspects of the video game industry for more than 20 years. Before joining Behaviour (formerly A2M), he was President and Founder of Rainmaker Games, where he provided strategic advisory services to prestigious clients, including MTV Games, Major League Baseball Advanced Media and Croteam. Jamie has held positions at LucasArts, Interplay Productions and was President of Take2 Interactive’s label Gotham Games. He has published and/or licensed such products as Max Payne, Duke Nukem, Halo, Conflict: Desert Storm, Celebrity Death Match and Piglet's Big Game.

Jean-Martin Masse
Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Jean-Martin Masse is responsible for the Company’s accounting, administration and legal operations. His role includes relations with financial institutions, government authorities and investors. He has over 20 years experience in senior management and law practice. Prior to joining Behaviour (formerly A2M), Jean-Martin was General Counsel and Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Zoom Media. Prior to Zoom Media, between 1994 and 2000, he was a managing partner at Lozeau, Gonthier, Masse, Richard law firm in Montréal. He previously worked in various private law firms, where he gained years of commercial and corporate law experience. Jean-Martin holds a Bachelor Degree in Management from HEC Montréal, a Bachelor Degree in Law from Université de Montréal and a Master in Business and Administration (Executive Program) from Université de Sherbrooke. He has been a member of the Québec Bar since 1989.

Martin Walker
Chief Technology Officer
Martin Walker is the company’s Chief Technology Officer since 2001. He has been involved in commercial software development in Montreal from the mid 80’s. He has spent most of his career in the multimedia arena, working for companies like Matrox Electronics, Softimage and others. He has been a key player in building tools and environments for video productions including special effects and 3D computer graphics. His venture in the gaming industry has evolved into the creation of several generations of multiplatform game engines and the elaboration of an optimized production pipeline to unleash the creative power of artists, designers and programmers on over 120 titles.
