Here is the usual approach for the recruitment of a foreign candidate:
Step 1 - First interviews
Our recruiters contact you for a phone interview or video conference call. From your side you simply connect to Skype and the rest is easy! If your application is successful, we proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – Planning a visit to Montréal
Our relocation partners will have telephone meeting with you to plan a visit to Montreal, if necessary. Our partners will answer your questions on several important aspects for foreign applicants: the housing market, the cost of living in Montreal, taxation, the various parts of the city, schools for children, etc.
Step 3 – Offer and immigration
Our HR team and our legal department take charge of all the work necessary to request your work visa. You will receive a complete list of documents you'll need. The work visa usually takes 2 or 3 months before being issued.
