Behaviour Santiago’s Event Committee

Who are we?

Team Spirit was created when Behaviour came to Santiago. It’s composed of three active members who take part in the brainstorming, creation and development process of any company-related event. These members frequently act as hosts, bartenders, audio managers, cooks or handymen to hold memorable events, making the impossible possible. Team Spirit is committed to the company and is dedicated to making the employees feel the same.

What do we do?

Our activities are divided into three big categories: Holidays, Friday Beer Time and Special Events.

1.     Holidays

There are two important activities:

  • Independence Day (September 18): We celebrate with barbecues, national music and dance, “empanadas”, typical food, and obviously, the best wines in the world! 
  • Christmas and the year-end party: We get out of Santiago for a day to host a barbecue, welcome our Secret Santa, play live music, hold Boss Auctions, enjoy the swimming pool (yes, we have a summer Christmas!), etc. Basically, we’re just celebrating another successful year as a group!

 2.     Friday Beer Time 

 One or two Fridays per month, we have an after-work party to enjoy a nice cold beer and friendly conversations, and perhaps some nice surprises.

 Each Friday Beer Time is a nice team-building opportunity that allows us to participate in different activities such as Poker Nights, Karaoke Stars, Rock Band’s War, Happy Hour, Halloween’s Creepy Bar, Birthday Celebrations, and more!

 3.     Special Events

 We even get the chance to be involved in activities that are not part of our usual program. For example, when a foreign partner joins our team, we seize the opportunity to learn about his country and create related activities. That’s how we experienced our first Oktoberfest last year. We also have wine and cheese parties, mostly for corporate reasons, like our All Hands meeting.

What’s the verdict?

Team Spirit has become an important part of Behaviour. Our employees enjoy the activities we organize, and are grateful for them, and since the team has been created, the number of participants has risen. After all, we are driven by the good comments and the employees’ enthusiasm!
