Remi Racine

President and Executive Producer

Over the years, Rémi has positioned the company as a world leader in the video game industry. Under his leadership, Behaviour has ranked simultaneously among the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ and Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies™ from 2006 to 2008.

An active member of the video game industry, Mr. Racine has acquired a solid reputation within the business community. He is currently Chair of the Board for CBC/Radio-Canada and Stationnement de Montréal, as well as a member of the board of the Fondation du Maire and of Club-Laval-sur-le-Lac.

For three years, he was also president of Alliance Numérique, Quebec’s multimedia and interactive digital content association. He has been inducted into the Canadian Game Development's Hall of Fame as one of the pioneers of the industry, and is a member of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and of the International Game Developers Association.

Rémi Racine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

Yves Lachance

Studio Head

Yves is the head of the Montreal studio, and he oversees all game development projects. He is a veteran game development executive with more than 20 years of experience. Yves joined Behaviour in 2006.

Prior to joining the team, he held various executive positions in interactive media companies, including Vircom and its subsidiary Vircom Interactive where he successfully produced more than twenty B2B software solutions for networks. He later set up one of the very first MMO development studios in the world.

Yves holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University and a Graduate Degree from the McGill Executive Institute with a specialization in Management.

Jean-Martin Masse

Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Jean-Martin Masse is responsible for Behaviour's accounting, administrative and legal operations. In the course of his duties, he deals with financial institutions, government authorities and investors. He has over 20 years of experience in senior management and law practice. Prior to joining Behaviour, Jean-Martin was General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Affairs of Zoom Media.

Prior to working for Zoom Media, he was Managing Partner of Lozeau, Gonthier, Masse, Richard, a Montreal law firm. He previously worked in various private law firms, where he gained years of commercial and corporate law experience.

Jean-Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from HEC Montréal, a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Université de Montréal and a Master's Degree in Business and Administration (Executive Program) from the Université de Sherbrooke. He has been a member of the Québec Bar since 1989.

Genevieve Guite

Vice President, Human Resources

Behaviour’s Human Resources Departement is led by Geneviève, who heads talent recruiting and retaining strategies. She addresses the challenges of competing for talent in a city that attracts the best candidates from all around the world. She focuses on designing and implementing the tools available to optimize Behaviour’s human capital.

Over the course of her career, Geneviève has led the talent management team of the creative units of MEGA Brands International Design Center. For three years, she managed all HR-related issues in connection with Zoom Media's business transformation. Prior to working for Zoom Media, she spent 10 years at Diesel Marketing (now Sidlee) where she built the HR function and put in place the best practices to promote the company’s exceptional performance and culture

Geneviève holds a Degree in Graphic Design and Communication and is a member of the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés du Québec (Québec's Human Resources Association).

David Osborne

Executive Creative Director

David’s 23 year history in games has seen him work in the UK, USA and Canada on everything from casual to core. He has ran departments for 18 of those years in design and art and is responsible for quality within production and business development across all of Behaviour’s studios.

David first started to work in the industry under the mentorship of David Jones at DMA design where he was involved in the Lemmings series and Grand Theft Auto as well as working with Shigeru Miyamoto as his external producer in the early 90’s.

Dominique Roussy

Executive Producer

As Executive Producer and Head of Behaviour’s Santiago Studio, Dominique brings adroit leadership and 15 years of experience in the gaming industry to the team.

With more than 30 shipped titles, Dominique has produced AAA games at Ubisoft and DC Studios. Dominique has also guided the success of some of Behaviour’s most notable games, including Rango, MySims SkyHeroes, MySims Racing, Kung Fu Panda, and Kim Possible.

Dominique’s background includes studies in Video Game Design and Production (3D Art, 3D Animation and Design), Interior Design/Architecture, and 3D Mechanical Design CAD. He has also worked as a 3D Lead Artist and Technical Art Director. Additionally, he has served as Event Advisor at the Montreal International Game Summit, and Chapter Advisor at the Montreal Chapter of the IGDA.

Stephane Baudet

Senior Creative Director

Stéphane is an industry veteran. For the last 20 years, he has been successful at creating top-selling and highly-acclaimed video games. He also regularly teaches agile methodologies, creativity management and market trends in different video game schools in Europe.

After a successful track record in various positions, from Game Programmer to Managing Director, Stéphane has chosen to concentrate on the creative aspect of the video game production.

Focused on online and social multiplayer video games, Stéphane is the Creative Director behind some major AAA titles. Stéphane has also co-founded Eden Games, one of the most respected European game studios.

Wayne Meazza

Executive Producer

Wayne is a highly-motivated and enterprising professional, with nearly twenty years of experience within the game industry. He's also a skilled team leader and decision-maker, particularly for AAA project development.

He specializes in managing all staff levels and disciplines, marketing strategies, budgeting, full title developments (internal and external), staff recruitment, negotiations, presentations and sales.

He is passionate about producing the best games and leads talented teams in making great products to ensure success.

Migüel Caron

Head of Studio-Online

As Head of Studio – Online, Migüel is responsible for the performance and growth of this dicision of the studio.

Miguel has over fifteen years of senior leadership experience. After leading companies like Lyrtech, NoWire Telecom and BCM International, to profitable and double-digit growth he worked at Funcom Games Canada where he was Chief Executive Officer. He founded the Montreal studio and subsequently grew it to over two hundred employees in less than two years.

While he was founding and building the mobile division for Funcom, he worked on many MMO projects such as Age of Conan, Anarchy Online, Pets vs Monsters, and The Secret World.
